We have been quarantined in our homes since the start of March, and even though some of us have started to return to work, most of us are still stuck in our houses, too afraid to go out. One thing most of us miss is the taste of non home cooked meals, though home cooked meals are special, you can't deny your cravings for store bought food, such as Jamba Juice!
Note: Healteneo is in no way affiliated to Jamba Juice.

If you have ever tried Jamba Juice, you must know their popular flavor called Berry Blast Smoothie. Good news, we can recreate it in our homes, with just a few ingredients and our blender.

Serving size: 2 servings, 2 cups
Ingredients:
1/3 cup fat free, plain yogurt
1 medium banana
1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened mixed berries
1/2 cup pomegranate-blueberry V8 juice blend (you can find this in online shops like Lazada or Shopee) -- I didn't have this, so I swapped it with our homemade sugar free strawberry jam, and it works!
Optional add ons:
1/4 cup of dairy milk/almond milk
2 tbsp of honey
Instructions:
Slice the banana into tiny pieces
Combine all ingredients in the blender
Smoothie away!
Optional step: Add your daily milk/almond milk if you want it to be smoother
Optional step: Add honey if you want it to be sweeter
